Russia successfully sends Soyuz-2.1b into orbit VIDEO

A Russian Aerospace Forces crew has successfully launched a Soyuz-2.1b medium-class carrier rocket from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk Region.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, the launch was carried out by a combat crew of the Space Forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces from the ministry’s state testing cosmodrome.

The rocket was launched carrying a spacecraft intended for the Russian Defence Ministry, the ministry said.
