Describing the course of the first-ever joint night exercises in the province of Hama, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Telegram channel of the Russian Defence Ministry.
During the exercises, Russian Ka-52 attack military helicopters "destroyed armoured vehicles and fortified firing positions of conditional terrorists”, thereby allowing "the servicemen of the Tiger Special Purpose division to land tactical airborne troops in the area of the operation”.
According to the agency, the Syrian special forces "landed from a height of 1500-3000 meters with weapons on Russian parachute systems "Arbalet-2" and by an assault on ropes from helicopters of the army aviation Mi-8AMTSh of the Russian Aerospace Forces.
