Russian air defences down 74 Ukrainian drones overnight

Russian air defences intercepted and destroyed 74 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones overnight across several regions, according to the Russian Defence Ministry.

The drones were shot down between 11:20 p.m. Moscow time on July 20 and 7:00 a.m. on July 21, Caliber.Az reports via the ministry’s statement.

Of these, 23 UAVs were intercepted over the Moscow region, including 15 heading toward the capital, 14 over the Kursk region, 12 over Rostov, 10 each over Bryansk and Kaluga, four over Tula, and one over the Lipetsk region.
