Russian air defences repel mass Ukrainian drone attack

Russian air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 92 Ukrainian military drones overnight into January 19, according to the Russian Defence Ministry.

The ministry said in a statement published on Telegram that 31 fixed-wing drones were shot down over Belgorod, 29 over Saratov, 25 over Voronezh, three each over Bryansk and Tambov, and one over Kursk, Caliber.Az reports.

No details were provided regarding debris impact sites or possible consequences on the ground.
