Russian air defences shoot down 152 Ukrainian drones overnight
Russian air defence forces intercepted and destroyed 152 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the night of February 23.
Air defence units eliminated 152 Ukrainian-type drones over an eight-hour period from 23:00 on February 22 to 07:00 on February 23, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Russian Defence Ministry’s Telegram channel.
According to the ministry, the highest number — 65 drones — were shot down over the Belgorod region.
Another 35 were destroyed over the Saratov region, 16 over the Republic of Crimea, eight each over the Voronezh and Rostov regions, four each over the Krasnodar region and the Azov Sea, three over the Volgograd region and the Republic of Tatarstan, two each over the Kursk and Lipetsk regions, and one each over the Tula and Tver regions.
