Russian ambassador to present credentials to Turkish president on April 30

Sergey Vershinin is set to present his credentials to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on April 30, formally assuming his role as Russia’s ambassador to the country.
According to TASS, the information is included in the official schedule of the Turkish president.
The credential presentation ceremony will take place at the presidential complex in Ankara. During the same event, Erdoğan is also expected to receive credentials from the ambassadors of Kenya, Colombia, Peru, and the Philippines.
Earlier, on March 27, Vershinin had already submitted copies of his credentials to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, completing the preliminary diplomatic procedures ahead of the official ceremony.
