Russian attacks hit Dnipropetrovsk region, elderly woman injured

Russian forces have carried out attacks across Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring an 83-year-old woman who received medical attention on site, authorities said.

Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported the incidents on his Telegram channel, noting that several private homes and infrastructure facilities were also damaged.

In the Dnipro district, a fire broke out following the attacks but was quickly extinguished by emergency services. “An infrastructure facility was damaged,” Haivanenko added.

In the Troitska community of Pavlohrad district, the elderly woman was injured during shelling. One private house was partially destroyed, while five others sustained damage. A gas pipeline and a power line were also affected.

Meanwhile, in the Nikopol district, Russian artillery targeted the Myrovska community, causing further destruction.
