Russian forces carried out multiple attacks in Ukraine overnight, striking the Putyvl community in the Sumy region and a critical infrastructure facility in the Zhytomyr region.
In Sumy, several Russian drones hit a residential area, severely damaging a home where a family with four children lives, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (SES) Telegram channel.
A nearby car also caught fire, but emergency services quickly extinguished all flames. Preliminary reports indicate that the children suffered acute stress reactions and minor injuries.
Meanwhile, in Zhytomyr, Russian troops targeted a critical infrastructure site, sparking a fire that responders managed to fully extinguish despite repeated air raid alerts. No casualties have been reported so far.
