Russian forces shoot down 15 Ukraine drones over two regions
On the night of November 6 to 7, Russian air defence forces destroyed 15 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Voronezh and Belgorod regions, the Russian Defence Ministry has said.
“During the past night, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack with the use of aircraft-type UAVs on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation was foiled. 15 Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed by air defence forces on duty: 14 UAVs - over the territory of the Voronezh region and one - over the territory of the Belgorod region,” the Ministry said in Telegram, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
Earlier on November 6, Voronezh Region Governor Alexander Gusev said that air defence forces had shot down more than 10 Ukrainian drones over three districts of the region. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or damage, he added.
