Russian forces target Kyiv Radio Plant, military sites across Ukraine

Russian forces struck the Kyiv Radio Plant, which produced components for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the Russian Defence Ministry said.

According to the ministry, Russian forces also hit several facilities in Kyiv and the surrounding region, including:

• Plant No. 1 for reinforced concrete structures, which allegedly produced warheads for missiles and drones;

• Element UA, an industrial facility where components for strike UAVs were reportedly manufactured and stored;

• a commercial and warehouse complex belonging to Ukrspecsystems, where reconnaissance drones were allegedly assembled and stored;

• Warbirds of Ukraine industrial facility, where drones were reportedly tested and manufactured;

• several logistics centres, including Khimtransagro, which allegedly handled military cargo, and R-Plast, which reportedly produced and stored UAVs;

• the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Vasylkiv air base, a fuel and lubricant depot, and an electronic intelligence centre operated by Ukraine’s Security Service.

The Russian Defence Ministry also reported strikes on a UAV assembly and storage facility in Odesa, a tanker carrying fuel and lubricants for the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the port of Chornomorsk, and the Dniester electrical substation in Odesa region.
