Russian ministry: Ukraine’s attacks kill 20 civilians over past week

Ukrainian forces fired thousands of munitions last week, resulting in 20 civilian deaths in Russia, Rodion Miroshnik, the Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said on his Telegram channel.

“During the week, 157 civilians were affected: 137 were injured, including three minors, and 20 were killed, including one child,” Miroshnik wrote. He noted that approximately 90% of the casualties—142 people—were struck by drone attacks. 

The ambassador added that Ukrainian forces launched at least 3,933 munitions over the seven-day period.
