13 January 2026 16:43
Vladimir Solodov, governor of Russia’s Kamchatka region, has called on federal authorities to restore mobile internet access, which has been offline in the region since December 31, following a series of drone attacks.
The prolonged shutdown, Solodov said, has caused “serious inconvenience” for residents, Caliber.Az reports.
He added that he has been working “personally at the Moscow level” to lift the restrictions as quickly as possible and to limit the areas affected.
