Smoke source traced to major fertiliser plant in Moscow region photo / video
Residents of Voskresensk in the Moscow region reported significant smoke late in the evening, noting that the haze was spreading across parts of the city.
OSINT analysis conducted by ASTRA indicates that the source of the smoke is located within the premises of the Voskresensk Mineral Fertilisers plant.
According to ASTRA, this assessment was made after reviewing multiple eyewitness videos. One of the recordings, reportedly filmed near 2nd Zavodskaya Street, provides a clear view of the area where the smoke is originating.
Voskresensk Mineral Fertilisers is a major chemical facility that produces mineral fertilisers as well as related chemical products.
The cause of the smoke remains undetermined, and there has been no official statement regarding the incident.
