Tehran’s domestic security HQ destroyed in Israeli air raid, Katz confirms

Israel’s Defence Minister, Israel Katz, announced on June 18 that the Israeli Air Force had successfully struck and destroyed Iran’s internal security headquarters in an ongoing series of precision operations.

Writing on social platform X, Katz confirmed the latest strike and described it as a direct blow to one of the core institutions of the Iranian regime, Caliber.Az reports.

"The tornado continues to hit Tehran," Katz wrote, referring to the continuing wave of Israeli airstrikes. "Air Force fighter jets have already destroyed the Iranian regime's internal security headquarters, the central repressive body of the Iranian dictator."

Katz further reiterated Israel’s strategic objective of undermining the authority and military infrastructure of Iran’s ruling establishment, stating:

"As we promised, we will continue to damage symbols of power and strike at the Ayatollah regime everywhere."
