Three injured in explosion at Miratorg farm in Russia’s Bryansk region

Three people were injured after a vehicle was reportedly blown up on the grounds of a cattle farm operated by Russian meat producer Miratorg in Vygonichi District of the Bryansk Region, ASTRA reported, citing acting regional Governor Yegor Kovalchuk.

“The enemy is attacking civilians during agricultural work. Three people were injured as a result of a vehicle explosion at a cattle farm belonging to the Miratorg company in Vygonichi District. The injured received the necessary medical assistance. Agricultural animals were also injured in the explosion. Emergency services are working at the scene,” Kovalchuk wrote on Telegram.

The governor did not provide details on who was responsible for the explosion. ASTRA described the incident as a Ukrainian attack, while the information could not be independently verified.

Kovalchuk also reported a separate incident in Zlynka, where another person sustained shrapnel wounds to the legs after an explosive device detonated.
