Kazakh president says they value relations with Russia
Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, on the national holiday – Russia Day, saying that they value relations of friendship and good-neighbourliness with the fraternal country.
In a message, Tokayev said the relationship between the countries is steadily developing in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance, Caliber.Az reports, citing Kazakh media.
“Your recent state visit to Kazakhstan was of particular importance; its results opened new horizons for mutually beneficial cooperation and gave a powerful impetus to the implementation of large-scale projects and initiatives,” he noted.
The Kazakh leader further stressed that he is confident that, thanks to joint efforts, interstate ties between Kazakhstan and Russia will continue to develop dynamically in all areas.
The President of Kazakhstan also wished Putin continued success in his responsible state activities aimed at ensuring the welfare and prosperity of the Russian Federation.
