Turkish army neutralizes nine PKK terrorists in northern Iraq
The Turkish Armed Forces have neutralized nine PKK terrorists in northern Iraq, according to the country’s Ministry of National Defence.
In a statement on X page, the ministry said: "We have not left the blood of our martyrs unavenged. Nine PKK terrorists have been neutralized in the Operation Claw-Lock zone in northern Iraq. We are determined and committed to eradicating terrorism at its root," Caliber.az reports.

Türkiye has been conducting cross-border operations against the PKK, which it considers a terrorist organization, in northern Iraq for several years. The group has been engaged in a decades-long insurgency against the Turkish state.
