Turkish envoy: Exports to Syria hit $2.3 billion in 2025

The Turkish ambassador to Damascus, Nuh Yilmaz, has said relations between Türkiye and Syria are advancing across all sectors, citing growing trade between the two countries.
Speaking about bilateral commerce, Yilmaz said Turkish exports to Syria reached $2.3 billion in 2025, according to data from the Turkish Exporters Assembly, Caliber.Az reports via SANA.
He noted that grains and pulses accounted for the largest share of exports, followed by chemical products, including construction materials and pharmaceuticals, adding that these exports largely meet basic needs.
