Turkish president offers condolences after deadly helicopter crash in Qatar

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed condolences on X to families of those killed in Qatar helicopter crash.

“I learned with deep sorrow about the deaths of personnel of the Turkish Armed Forces, employees of ASELSAN, as well as members of the Qatari Armed Forces in a helicopter crash in Qatar. 

I extend my condolences to the families of the victims, wish them patience, and pray that the Almighty grants mercy to our heroes and to the soldiers of brotherly Qatar. My condolences to our country, our people, and the people of Qatar,” Erdoğan said.
