Türkiye inducts armed mini-drone helicopter DUMRUL into special units PHOTO / VIDEO
Türkiye has officially inducted the DUMRUL mini unmanned helicopter into its special forces units, following a new procurement contract signed between the Turkish defence company TİTRA Technology and the Defence Industry Agency of Türkiye.
According to Yeni Şafak, the DUMRUL — already operational with certain security units and proven in combat scenarios — will now be acquired for deployment across additional special forces divisions.

The DUMRUL is an electrically powered, silent helicopter capable of carrying 81‑mm or 60‑mm mortars, grenade launchers, or METE mini-rockets.
Designed primarily for close-range reconnaissance, the system combines advanced visualisation capabilities with integrated weapon systems, enabling it to neutralise targets with precision.
