The PİRANA KİDA recently completed a precision strike test, accurately hitting and destroying a small 3.5-metre target.
The drone is engineered to carry out simultaneous missions as part of the Strategic Warship Design (SWARD) concept, capable of identifying enemy assets at sea and autonomously or remotely guiding itself to impact before detonating.
This capability enables effective offensive operations against hostile vessels, including the ability to infiltrate ports and naval bases.
Technical Specifications of the PİRANA KİDA:

Maximum speed: 50+ knots (approximately 92 km/h)
-
Range: Over 200 nautical miles (around 370 km)
-
Displacement: 1,200 kg
-
Warhead: 65 kg (50 kg explosive charge + 15 kg pre-penetration charge)
-
Propulsion: Diesel engine with waterjet thruster
-
Sea state tolerance: Level 4
Operational Roles Include:
-
Direct strikes on enemy ships
