Two civilians, including child, injured in drone attack in Russia’s Belgorod
Two civilians, including an 8-year-old child, were wounded by a Ukrainian drone strike in Russia's Belgorod region, Russian authorities said.
The incident occurred in the village of Zamostye, located within the Graivoronsky District, when an FPV drone struck a vehicle, regional governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on Telegram, Caliber.Az reports.
According to Gladkov, the driver, a man, sustained barotrauma and shrapnel wounds to his face. He was promptly transported to the regional clinical hospital for medical treatment. The child, who was in the vehicle at the time of the strike, suffered injuries from a mine blast, along with shrapnel wounds to her face and shoulder. She was taken to the regional children’s hospital for care.
Additionally, the vehicle was reportedly significantly damaged in the attack.
