UK’s traveler: Khankendi-Lachin road - open for movement
UK’s traveler Sasha Heaney has said that the rally on the Khankendi-Lachin road is peaceful.
“There are no obstacles for cars to pass along it, there is no blockade. The rally participants convey truth to the world thanks to the rally,” UK’s traveler Sasha Heaney told Report.
“I am impressed by people dedicated to the cause they believe in. The rally has been going on along the Khankendi-Lachin road for almost two months,” she said.
“I think it is a very brave action that the activists let everyone know about their demands. This is a beautiful place in the world, and it must remain clean and safe for people,” she said, adding that, of course, citizens have the right to demand that nature must be treated with great care here and must not be polluted,” the traveler said.
The traveler expressed hope that the protesters would achieve their goal.
Heaney noted that she saw that the road was not blocked by Azerbaijani activists.
“There is no blockade. This is a very peaceful rally and the road is free for movement,” she said.
