Ukraine conflict nears conclusion, says Russian president

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the conflict in Ukraine is approaching its end, according to Russian media.

“I think things are moving toward the end [of the Ukraine conflict],” the Russian leader told journalists.

Vladimir Putin also expressed readiness to meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, noting that the meeting could also take place in a “third country.”
