Ukraine's defence minister unveils number of Bayraktar received from Türkiye
The Ukrainian military has received just under fifty Bayraktar drones since February 24.
“Only since February 24, the Ministry of Defence has put into service with our military up to fifty “aircraft, RBC-Ukraine quotes Reznikov as saying.
"A few more have already been contracted and paid for by the Defence Ministry and we expect them already in July,” the minister said.
According to Reznikov, in the near future, almost all the capacities of the Baykar Makina plant will be focused on meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, Ukraine will order dozens more drones.
Earlier it became known that the Turkish company Baykar decided to provide Ukraine with three Bayraktar drones free of charge, despite the fact that the money for these Bayraktar was collected by all Ukrainians.
