Ukrainian drone attacks kill three civilians in Russia’s Belgorod
Ukrainian forces carried out drone strikes on several districts of Russia’s Belgorod region, leaving three civilians dead and three others injured, including a 16-year-old teenager, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov has said.
According to the governor, in the Shebekinsky district, a man was killed when a drone struck a passenger car, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
In the Rakityansky district, a drone attack on another vehicle killed a man and a woman, while their 16-year-old son suffered a barotrauma injury and was being transported to a regional children’s hospital.
In a separate incident in the Borisovsky district, a drone strike on a car injured a married couple.
The man sustained multiple shrapnel wounds to the back and head, while the woman suffered multiple blind shrapnel injuries to the back and penetrating wounds to the lumbar region.
Emergency services are transporting both victims to a regional clinical hospital.
