Ukrainian drones strike Russia's Kursk, authorities confirm casualties

Unmanned aerial vehicles launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine have struck the Russian city of Kursk, with preliminary information suggesting casualties in one of the affected districts, regional officials said.

Alexander Khinshtein, the governor of the Kursk region, said on his Telegram channel that early reports indicated casualties following a drone strike on the city. He added that authorities were working to clarify the details of the incident, Caliber.Az reports.

Khinshtein said he had dispatched Yevgeny Maslov, the head of Kursk, to the scene on his orders.
