Ukrainian drones strike Ust-Luga port and Samara region in Russia PHOTO

Ukrainian drones attacked the Ust-Luga port near St. Petersburg and the Samara region in Russia, according to local authorities.

Leningrad Region Governor Alexander Drozdenko said air defences had downed 52 Ukrainian drones overnight, while the attack caused damage and a fire in the Ust-Luga port zone.

Ukrainian drones also targeted the Samara region, Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said. Several residential buildings, including in Novokuibyshevsk, were damaged.

Fedorishchev added that assistance was being provided to residents, including through temporary accommodation centres.
