Ukrainian military shoot down Russian Mi-8 helicopter

The 53rd Separate Mechanised Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh has said that the Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian Mi-8 helicopter on September 23.

“The helicopter burst into flame as a result of an accurate strike of anti-aircraft gunners,” RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to the 53rd Separate Mechanised Brigade.

According to the military, the Ukrainian military managed to shoot down a Russian Mi-8 helicopter during the Russian Armed Forces’ air raid.
