Used pickups see rising demand in Russia

Used pickup trucks are gaining popularity in Russia, with 3,375 vehicles sold in November 2025—a 12% increase compared to the same month in 2024, the analytical agency Avtostat confirmed.

The Toyota Hilux remained the most sought-after used pickup, with 642 units sold in November. The Mitsubishi L200 claimed second place with 594 sales, followed by the UAZ Pickup with 407 units, the agency reported.

Over the first 11 months of 2025, Russian consumers purchased a total of 32,500 used pickups, marking a 5% increase compared to the January–November period of 2024.

The data highlights a growing interest in durable, versatile vehicles among Russian buyers, with pickups continuing to dominate the used market.
