Six embassies attacked in Iran following Islamic Revolution Figures and facts

In particular, the US embassy was attacked on November 4, 1979, as a result of which eight people died and 66 were held hostage for a long period.

The Pakistani embassy was attacked on May 11, 2009, one person was wounded.

The Pakistani embassy was again attacked on February 18, 2010.

The UK embassy was attacked on November 29, 2011, three people were wounded.

The Saudi Arabian embassy was attacked on January 2, 2016.

Finally, the Azerbaijani embassy was attacked on January 27, 2023, resulting in one person dying and two wounded.
