Aghdam-Khankandi road fully operational for cargo transport to Karabakh Armenians - Public TV

Rashad Rashidov of Azerbaijani ITV channel in a report from the Aghdam-Khankandi highway says it is fully operational for cargo transit, and Baku is offering Karabakh Armenians to use this road.
“If Armenians wanted to ship their cargo efficiently and speedily, they would have probably agreed to the usage of this road. Obviously, their intention is not about a road but the show of vehicles near the Lachin border checkpoint. If Armenians want a road – this is the one they need, and the road is open for everyone,” Telegram channel of the Zangazur autonomous republic posts the report of ITV.
