Azerbaijani police switch to enhanced regime of service

Due to local anti-terrorist activities carried out by the Azerbaijani army in the Garabagh region, the personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have switched to a reinforced work regime throughout the country.

Head of the Ministry's press service Elshad Hajiyev made the statement at a briefing on September 19, APA reports.

According to him, all personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was instructed to take decisive measures in connection with possible provocations, threats, and any offences in Azerbaijani society.
