Azerbaijanis insufficiently represented in int’l agencies - deputy minister
“Azerbaijanis are insufficiently represented in international organizations, and there are subjective and objective reasons for this.”
Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev told the 1st Youth Forum of Diaspora Organizations of Turkic Countries in Baku, dedicated to the topic “Heydar Aliyev and the Turkic World,” Report informs.
Azerbaijan always keeps the issue of employment of young Azerbaijanis in headquarters of international organizations in the spotlight, the deputy minister said.
“Indeed, their number is small, there are subjective and objective reasons for this. In this regard, we intend to implement joint projects with the participation of young people from our diaspora in the near future. They, in turn, must carefully study the political interests of the countries in which they live,” he said.
