Earlier, Bayramov met Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani in Baghdad on May 7 to discuss strengthening bilateral relations, according to a statement from Baku's foreign ministry.
The talks covered political, economic, energy, and humanitarian cooperation, with both sides underlining the importance of increasing high-level exchanges to sustain positive momentum in ties.
