Azerbaijani presidential aide to speak at Arab Media Summit 2026

Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Presidential Administration’s Department of Foreign Policy Affairs, will participate in the Arab Media Summit 2026 in Dubai, the Government of Dubai Press Office said.

Hajiyev is scheduled to take part in a session at the Euronews Forum on the second day of the summit, which will be held from September 15 to 17, Caliber.Az reports, citing the message.

The forum is part of a broader programme bringing together political leaders, policymakers and prominent media figures from the Middle East and around the world to discuss regional and global issues.

“Hajiyev has extensive experience in diplomacy and foreign policy, having held senior positions in Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Presidential Administration, as well as overseas diplomatic postings. His career has spanned international relations, security and foreign policy,” the press statement reads. 

The Arab Media Summit is positioned as a platform for media professionals, political leaders and decision-makers to exchange views on major regional and international developments.
