French president disrupts meeting between Azerbaijani-Armenian leaders in Spain Germany, France versus Azerbaijan, Türkiye

Several media outlets have reported that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has refused to go to Spain, where a meeting was supposed to be held with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the presence of president of the European Council, the leaders of France and Germany.

The reason is France’s destructive position. Paris and Berlin were against Türkiye’s participation in the meeting, Caliber.Az’s sources confirmed this information.

Under such circumstances, Azerbaijan refused to hold talks with Armenia.

A meeting between President Aliyev and Prime Minister Pashinyan was planned to be held on the fringes of the upcoming summit of the European Political Community in Granada, Spain, on October 5.
