Criminal case against Karabakh separatist general goes to court

The criminal case against Jalal Harutyunyan has been sent to court. He is being charged with military negligence.

Under the indictment, during martial law declared on October 12, 2020, Jalal Harutyunyan, a civil servant with the rank of lieutenant-general, showed a negligent attitude towards service, which resulted in serious consequences.
