Participants of int’l forum view demining process in Aghdam district

Participants of the international forum on “Healthy Environment and Mine-Free Life to achieve Sustainable Development Goals " have familiarised themselves with the demining process in Aghdam district.

The forum participants visited the liberated from occupation Bash Garvand village of Aghdam district, where the process of mine clearance and disposal of unexploded ordnance is underway, and were briefed on the equipment used in demining, according to Report.

They were informed that women sappers are also involved in the demining process.
