Foreign experts to gather in Baku to discuss fluctuations in level of Caspian Sea

On July 5, Baku will host an international conference organised by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan on the topic "Fluctuations in the level of Caspian Sea in the context of climate change, forecasts and adaptation measures."

The announcement came from the head of the National Hydrometeorological Service Umayra Tagiyeva, according to Report.

At the conference to be attended by specialists from the Caspian countries, representatives of international organisations and foreign experts, fluctuations and causes of the decrease in the water level in the Caspian Sea, issues of preparing regional adaptation measures, and the cooperation expansion will be discussed.
