Albanian-Udi community to celebrate Easter in ancestors’ churches in Karabakh

Chairman of the Albanian-Udi Christian Religious Community of Azerbaijan Robert Mobili has said that Easter will be celebrated in the churches in liberated Azerbaijani lands.

“Easter will be celebrated in the churches in the future inherited from ancestors in Karabakh and surrounding areas. We have received many congratulations on the occasion of Easter today. In particular, on behalf of all Orthodox Christians, I thank Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for congratulations. At the same time, we received congratulations from the Caucasus Muslims Office and several public organisations, which is very valuable for us,” Mobili told Report in Gabala.

He added that all necessary conditions have been created in the country to celebrate Easter.
