Another Azerbaijani civilian wounded as result of shelling by separatists in Aghdam Prosecutor General's statement

On September 19, Mehman Hasanov (born in 1992), an excavator operator of one of the companies carrying out reconstruction works in Aghdam district, received multiple shrapnel wounds during shelling from large-caliber weapons, including mortars, committed by illegal Armenian formations in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

The Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Office has initiated a criminal case under articles 29, 120.2.11, 29, 120.2.12, 279.3 and others of the Criminal Code into the inscident, Caliber.Az reports.
