13 November 2025 16:57

On November 13, families resettled in the village of Vangli in Azerbaijan’s Aghdara district were officially handed the keys to their new homes.

The Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the city of Khankandi, Aghdara and Khojaly districts reported that, to date, 45 individuals from 11 families have been relocated to Vangli village, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

During the key handover ceremony, Deputy Executive Director of the Service, Mahmud Afandiyev, emphasized that, under the directive of the Azerbaijani president, the resettlement process in territories liberated from occupation is being carried out in a systematic and organized manner. He noted that all essential infrastructure has been fully restored in the village, including utility networks, roads, and water supply systems, to ensure safe and comfortable living conditions for the new residents.

Following the ceremony, the families moved into their newly completed homes, marking the next phase in Azerbaijan’s efforts to restore and revitalize communities in liberated territories.
