Armenian defence ministry issues explosion warning near Azerbaijan border

The Armenia Defence Ministry has issued a warning to residents living near the border with Azerbaijan regarding planned blasting operations in close proximity to the village of Berkaber.

The operation, set to occur 1540 meters northeast of Berkaber in the Tavush region, aims to conduct controlled explosions, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

The ministry has urged local residents not to panic as precautionary measures are being taken. The warning specifies a designated timeframe for the blasting operations, scheduled to occur between 08:10 and 08:40 local time.
