Armenian Foreign Ministry demands immediate deployment of UN mission in Garabagh

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, during a speech at the UN Security Council, demanded to “condemn the hostilities and attacks on civilian infrastructure in Garabagh and immediately deploy a UN mission there”.

“I appeal to the Security Council to take the following urgent measures. It is necessary to condemn the resumption of hostilities and attacks on civilian facilities and infrastructure, demand full implementation of obligations under international humanitarian law, and immediately deploy a UN mission in Garabagh to monitor and assess human rights, the humanitarian and security situation,” Mirzoyan said, TASS reports.
