Armenian leaving Khankendi: "I'm not sure I'll come back here"

Sayran Agambekyan, a resident of Garabagh of Armenian nationality, who passed through the Lachin checkpoint today, said that he was going to Yerevan and had no intention of returning to Khankendi.

Speaking to Report, Agambekyan said he was a participant in the Second Garabagh War.

"I did my military service in Garabagh three years ago. To be more precise, in Martuni (Khojavand - ed.). I am a participant in the Second Garabagh War, I was not wounded in the battles. However, my brother passed away in the war. My parents are still in Khankendi, and I am going to Yerevan. Most likely, I will never return again," he said.
