Armenian top prosecutor seeks investigation of premier over border delimitation

The Armenian Prosecutor-General's Office has applied to the National Security Service (NSS) to investigate Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for alleged "territory transfer to Azerbaijan" during border delimitation, as reported by Sputnik Armenia.

Prosecutor-General Anna Vardapetyan stated that the application includes a request for verification of documents, including property certificates attached to the submission.

Vardapetyan noted that the decision to potentially initiate a criminal case will be made following the completion of the verification process.
