Azerbaijan advances demining efforts: 2,092 hectares secured in seven days
The Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has published its weekly report on demining operations conducted in territories liberated from occupation, stating that 2,092 hectares have been cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
Between May 18 and May 24, operations were carried out in the Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khojavand, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, Gazakh and Zangilan districts, as well as in the city of Khankendi.

During the reporting period, 45 anti-personnel mines, 33 anti-tank mines, and 416 unexploded ordnance items were discovered and neutralised.
