Azerbaijan approves expansion of digital TV coverage in Karabakh, East Zangazur

The Audiovisual Council of Azerbaijan held its regular meeting to discuss the expansion of digital terrestrial television broadcasting in the Karabakh and East Zangazur economic regions.

During the meeting, the Council approved the enhancement of free digital TV services in these areas, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

Under the decision of the Audiovisual Council, the 46th channel of TV broadcasting from “Turshsu” radio-television station located in the territory of Shusha district and the 25th channel of TV broadcasting from “Hasanriz village” station located in the territory of Aghdara district were transferred for use to the Radio and Television Broadcasting and Satellite Communication Production Association under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
