Azerbaijan identifying human remains found in mass grave in Dashalti

The Azerbaijani State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons has said that the remains of Azerbaijanis killed and massively buried by Armenians are being identified in Shuha's Dashalti village.

The discovered mass grave was excavated in Dashalti village of the Shusha district on February 17, 2021, Report informs citing the state commission.

The remains of 25 corpses were excavated by representatives of military agencies. The remains are being identified.

In total, about 100 Azerbaijani servicemen were killed during the Dashalti operation, according to Report.

The State Commission said that 44 people were registered as missing during Operation Dashalti.
